Turvac became an independent company in the beginning of 2016, when Turna made a spin-off of its Vacuum insulation panel’s division, specialized in the development and production of Vacuum Insulation Panels (VIP), located at the new facility in Šoštanj (Slovenia).
With this joint venture Turvac will strengthen its market position even further, considering Recticel leading position in high performance insulation solutions for the European building market, as well as their experiences in development of advanced insulation materials.
Recticel, Belgium-based company, operates in international level and will commercialize VIPs for certain niche applications in the construction market, whereas TURNA will continue focusing on the household appliances markets.
