In 2024, we expanded our facilities from 1.850 m² to 9.850 m². This major investment included the enlargement of the production area, the addition of an assembly floor for Deck-VQ production and VIP Box assemblies, the upgrade and expansion of the warehouse, and the establishment of a Vacuum Insulation Competence Center equipped with advanced laboratory instruments and a team of highly skilled R&D experts driving innovation and excellence.
Our new facility is built with Trimo’s Qbiss One prefabricated modular metal wall system, reflecting our shared commitment to premium aesthetics, durability, and superior energy efficiency. Both Turvac and Trimo are proud members of the Recticel Group, collaborating to advance sustainable and innovative insulation technologies.
With the introduction of an additional automatic production line, our capacity has effectively doubled, allowing us to produce up to 1,6 million Vacuum Insulation Panels per year and meet the increasing demands of our dynamic industries. This strategic expansion strengthens our ability to deliver enhanced productivity, continuous innovation, and excellence in vacuum insulation technology.
